Lyubimka Andreeva – Liberalization and Services of General Interest in the EU
Abstract: The main statement in this article is that despite the differences in the public sector in the European countries in the post-war period, after the 80s of the last century, a general trend of change in the supply of public services appears. The aim of the article is to analyze the characteristics of the general trend in the development of services of general interest and to identify the factors of this change: on the one hand the influence of liberal ideas, and the process of Europeanization, on the other.
