It turns out that in most cases the expectations of success and the actual work achievements differ in value, direction and strength. The professional qualification of human resources for a certain work type is not purposefully used, which generates dissatisfaction. Longer duration of such employment leads to massive physical, emotional and behavioral problems, including the occurrence of suicidal feelings, stroke, heart attack, colitis, ulcers, gastritis, obesity, migraine, asthma, infertility.
