Antonina Kardasheva is a part-time lecturer at New Bulgarian University. Her professional interests are in the areas of business communication, individual and group coaching, organizational diagnostics, consulting, innovative development strategies and training. She is a Doc. Sc. on the subject of personal determination and psychosocial projection of emotional intelligence. She has a PhD degree in psychological aspects of occupational stress. Dr. Antonina Kardasheva is the author of the monographs “Psychology for Parents” and “On Emotional Intelligence and Individual Differences of Bulgarians”. Dr. Kardasheva standardises and adapts different methods of group and individual psychodiagnosis for Bulgaria. Dr. Antonina Kardasheva is Managing Director of the Foundation for the Development of Emotional Intelligence.
