Todor Simeonov has defended a PhD thesis on the topic of “Virtual pedagogical rhetoric and online learning”. Simeonov was a PhD student at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He has a master’s degree in Psychology by Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“. His reseacrh interests are in the field of Internet communication and virtual pedagogical rhetoric; presenting in a virtual environment; virtual teams and groups. He is the author of 10 scientific articles in the above fields. He is a member of the Institute of Rhetoric and Communications.
