Abstract: The need of a change in the educational strategies involves the introduction of new school management – creating School Agenda 21 (School Agenda 21). Its policy implementation is the route to achieve sustainable development. It is a social contract between the teaching staff and stakeholders who are interested in working for economic, environmental, social and intercultural responsibility and to resolve the problems of isolation of the school management. It is a contract that defines the overall responsibility for shaping the future. It is a guarantee to overcome the differences in programs for schools and the real commitments. Intercultural Management School is an opportunity to change social attitudes and public awareness in the world of globalization and merging of cultures.
