Abstract: The essay presents new manifestations of rhetoric which are determined by technical, technological and socio-psychological changes on the Internet. The examples illustrate some opportunities which help to expand opportunities for communication on the Internet and through technical devices using traditional rhetorical techniques which are adapted to modern conditions.
