Abstract: In this text are represent modern interpretations and patterns of individual and organizational learning. It is also analyzed the nature and characteristics of the multicultural environment and its ability to successfully implement organizational learning, which is impossible without optimization of individual learning of the employees in the organization. It is emphasized that the peculiarities of the multicultural environment and the specific characteristics of the stakeholders both are important for successful implementation of the process of organizational learning.
