Abstract. The management of the school in a multicultural environment acquires special features due to the specifics of some of its factors. They affect the overall life and relationships among students, teachers, principals and community. Therefore research interest are the practical aspects of these characteristics. The article presents part of the empirical study of students Muslims (Pomaks), focus group of students at the Islamic Institute – Sofia and directors of multicultural schools in the country. Analyzed their views on school forms (such forms of relationship with the environment), as well as some “special” cases of school practice, producing special attitude and reactions of Directors and found resonance in the public mind.
